I constantly have a red light on my hub. I have reset it several times, and a hard reset too. The ventilation is good as there is nothing interfering with the hub

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.
Sorry to hear about the Hub3 having a red light.
Is the Hub away from any direct source of heat as well?
The fix for this is to arrange for an engineer to attend and swap the Hub over.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.
