From yesterday, the hub3.0 is flashing the green arrow and I check the instruction shown that it is updating the software. But, it has continued about 24 hours. And I cannot get access to the Internet. The service phone call is always busy. Please help me to check it.
Have you tried the pinhole reset to factory settings without turning off ? Push the pin in firmly till it "stops" and hold for a timed (not guessed) 30 seconds and then add a few – don’t turn it off. This has solved this problem for lots of people on here this week.
