Hub 3.0 and 2/4Ghz problem

Can't connect to my new 3.0 hub at 2.4Ghz.

I have changed the SSID so that 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz connections are different. No device I have can connect at 2.4. I have a few that work at 5. But older devices and others out of 5Ghz range cannot connect.

Is this a service problem or a problem with the hub?

Try changing the Wi-Fi channel and make sure your password for 2.4ghz matches

Will try channel setting. Thanks for the response.

I find channel 1 usually the least problematic

Re: Hub 3.0 and 2/4Ghz problem

Selecting a channel worked!!!!

Just set it to channel 1 and now all my older devices and those outside 5Ghz range work!!!!

Many thanks!!! Will mark your answer as useful.
