Hub 3.0 Settings password not working, even after reset

Hi, my Hub 3.0 my settings password doesn't work - I just get an error message saying 'The password you entered is incorrect.'

I found the 8 digit number password on the sticker underneath the hub and have done several resets (one for 20 seconds and another for 60 seconds using a sim tool.) Still no luck.

Please can someone help me?

Did you "restart" the router after the reset?  If so do it again for 40 seconds and DONT restart it.  Then try both of the passphrase/passwords on the sticker.
