Hub 3.0 SYNC Timing Synchronization failure and RCS Partial Service errors

Hi all, over the past month my Hub 3 router has become more and more unrealiable in terms of internet stability and latency. I have a Windows PC that is plugged directly into the router via Ethernet. I have the M200 Fibre Broadband package and have recently been getting around 15-50 Mbps:

There are other devices on my network but nothing downloading or causing other activity.

However my speeds are not the issue, it's the error log in my router status:

I get these Sync Timing Failure and RCS partial Service errors all day long, with random latency errors too and spikes.

Can VM please help, can I get an engine out to look at these issues? I've called 0800 561 0061 and there are no service issues in my area either. I've also hard reset my router and I still get the errors.

Thank you for coming back to us in regards to your ongoing issue. I have been able to locate your account and run some checks on your power levels. I can see that there are some issues with your upstream power levels and that they are not looking so great.

Hi all,

Happy new year - however I am back again with some problems. Last night the internet was terrible - really slow, had to reboot a few times, just wasnt working. I logged onto the router status and saw a LOT of post rs Errors - so I went to bed, woke up this morning and did a power cycle of the router to then post it's status on here to see if anything is wrong. Can someone have a look at below and see if everything is okay? I dont currently have any post rs errors as the uptime is only 2hours or so since reboot. Thanks so much!

I'm so sorry to hear that the issues with your connection have returned. Using the details you've provided when signing up to the forums, I've taken a look and can't see any known area impacting faults currently. Are your issues ongoing today?

If they are, would you mind trying a factory reset of the router to see if that helps at all?
