Had a chat with a VM Rep and they are sending a new router.
Once it arrives, I will update this thread with the results and if it fixes the issue!

So after installing the new router yesterday evening, I haven't had an internet connection since.
Light on the box is this yellow/white colour and upon logging into the router I am greeted with Access Denied for the internet.
I have done a 40 second reset already and that didn't seem to have any impact.
I unpacked the box, plugged it in and thought I was good to go? Am I missing something?
Needed to activate the hub. Called 150 pressed 1 a few times and all is well.
