Hub 3.0 light is constant red, though internet still working.
Tried reset, still red.
Switched off and on, still red.
Switched off overnight, on next day, still red.
Now 3 days, light still red??????

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your Hub.
The red light can be indicator that the equipment is overheating so we would need to arrange a visit to run a few checks.
I will pop you over a private message to grab some details and we can go from there.
In the meantime, please ensure you are powering the Hub off overnight and when leaving the property.
