Received a letter the other week saying about maintenance and service might be down blah blah blah..
It's back up (or at least for my neighbours) but it wont let me connect to the internet 😞
On my hub2ac I have a flashing blue tick and the arrows are flashing green, the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lights are on.
Trying to log into my xbox one x, wont connect online saying about dns incorrect, I cant log into my router as it says page not loading on my browser, I've tried other browsers too.
Also tried doing the test on virgin support but that didnt seem to do anything, and now after a 2nd attempt at it, its saying the hun is switched off when it's not!
Any ideas? Thanks in advance 🙂
Phone customer services and report the problem. You have no network connectivity, that’s what that message means.
