How to make both 5GHz and 2.4GHz available to devices

I need to change the names of my WiFi frequencies so that both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz are available to my devices, they currently both show under the same name. I have some devices that only work on 2.4 and it isn't discoverable.

Please can someone advise how to do this? I have logged into my hub website but it will only let me change one name, not let them both have a different name.

Change one of the names then you’ll be able to amend the other after
