How to limit the WIFI strength of my router for certain devices?

I would like to limit the device of my phone to only work when I am upstairs and not downstairs. I have looked on the routers hub page however, I can only seem to find how to change the WIFI channels. I would like to change the WIFI range to only say 10 meters from the router, after that the device will be cut off. I'm using the Hub 3. Thanks in advance!

not possible on the hub, and not sure what 3rd party would allow for that. since the routers just work on signal strength, channels and bandwidth.

So the hub 3 should be fine then.
