Hi all, our whole area has no service and Virgin are telling every single person that it is their hubs. No service agents answering messages or calls. Seriously, how do you report a lack of any connection when Virgin refuse to believe the connection is down? Honestly think this is outrageous customer service.

VM on Downdetector is getting a lot of hits at present. I suspect the network has had a blip somewhere?
The main "hop" out from our connection is not looking great at the moment .....

Found the cable has been cut by council but still getting the message from Virgin to say there are no issues. Honestly shocked at either a poor system that can’t detect faults or a company simply trying to hide their entire service to the area is down
