How to claim for no broadband

I live in BH and havent had consistent broadband service in months now. I pay over 40£ for maybe 6 - 10 hours of broadband a day. The service status most of the time says my equipment is off but it's not. For past few weeks every morning i get a message on the service status webpage that there is an issue in my area with an estimate of 8 hours of repair time. Simply unacceptable. I have saved a bunch of fault numbers and there is s new law as far as i know. How do i claim these 8£ a day for this pathetic service.

Re: How to claim for no broadband

Hi, Krang89.

Sorry to hear of the broadband issues.

Is there anything listed on our status page here that can explain this? Simply pop your postcode in to the checker, and any known area faults will be shown.

If none listed, please sign into the checker, and run the fault test on the affected service. To sign in, you'll need your Virgin Media log in details.

Regarding the automatic compensation, you can find out more here

Kind regards,
