I live in BH and havent had consistent broadband service in months now. I pay over 40£ for maybe 6 - 10 hours of broadband a day. The service status most of the time says my equipment is off but it's not. For past few weeks every morning i get a message on the service status webpage that there is an issue in my area with an estimate of 8 hours of repair time. Simply unacceptable. I have saved a bunch of fault numbers and there is s new law as far as i know. How do i claim these 8£ a day for this pathetic service.
