How's my BQM

Hi Everyone

If anyone could take a look at my BQM it would much appreciated.

I believe the big red block is due to incorrect settings on my hub and as such couldn't communicate with the BQM.

BQM itself looks fine.

The red blocks are usually due to the Router stopping responding to ICMP requests - Pings.

Are you in normal router mode - modem mode? Chech whether the ip address in the BQM is still correct

Many thanks for the replies.  

I’m basically getting to get grips with BQM and finding out what a good one should look like. Yesterday there was some packet loss across the top of the graph. I’m assuming this is normal? I’m in router mode. I’ve had a couple of instances where it seems like Wi-Fi drops for a few seconds but seems to come back quite quickly.

I'm still getting the odd drop on wifi.  I have noticed a lot of post RS errors on my routers stats.  I understand there shouldn't be any?

Also, when doing a Speedtest my download latency goes over 500ms. Could that be due to the post RS errors?

I have ran some tests on our systems and at the time of writing, there's no issues this end. 

I would suggest resetting your router and if the errors build up again, let us know and we can look to arrange a tech visit if needed.

Having had a quick look on our systems it does seem there has been an improvement with the connection reaching your hub in the past couple of days - there are no disconnections showing yesterday or today (2nd and 3rd February.) However I can see some on Monday and wednesday, and a few issues at the exchange that may be affecting you. 
I will send you a PM on this basis to confirm a few account details so we can investigate further, offer some more help and get a technician sent out to you if needed!
