How do I order a 2nd internet pod

Wifi still very poor

spoke to a representative several weeks ago who informed me he would send a 2nd pod but never received it

You do have to do it by phone as they will want to send a Tech out to install it for you.

A VM person will pick this up here in a day or two - in the meantime try calling again

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
