I've bought an ethernet cable and plugged it into my computer and my VM Hub but I'm not connecting. Do I need to change the settings anywhere (on my computer or on my VM account maybe?). Many thanks for any help.

I’ve often seen it happen that an Ethernet connection does nor “make” the first time.
