How do I get free virgin media WiFi pods as a Volt customer?

Hi,

I’d like to get some Wi-Fi Pods too. Could someone please let me know how I could get hold of them?

The official route is to use the Connect app to identify black spots and order a single Pod initially.  If this does not work for you, then just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

Hi there thanks for the quick reply. I was requiring a virgin pod for my outside Alexa lights as the signal is poor in the garden causing the lights to drop out of connection all the time resulting I'm manual reset very annoying!
