How do I get a WiFi pod

Hi I’ve done the WiFi scan and identified poor signal in the bedroom and it says I need a WiFi pod. I have the volt boost but cannot find where to order the pod?

I am also trying to get free pods with my 1gb broadband but can't seem to get them.have wrote on my own question but no one has got back to me..what does it take for virgin to get someone to contact me..service is rubbish.thanks
