Virgin Media just want to make it extra difficult for customers with issues to get the help they require.
First time we have had internet issues since switching from Talk Talk (utter nightmare) and it seems Virgin Media is just as bad if not worse...surely this cant be !!!
How do these companies stay in business....??????
Finally got through to retentions (i'm furious and cancelling unless they get their backsides out to fix our internet) only for him to state we are having problems with the system so can I call you back....classic tactic that will mean he has gotten rid of me and wont ring back in the promised 30 mins. despite me take his name and where he is located.
