Hi,

How do I get to see who has logged onto my router?

Somebody gained unauthorised access on Monday and want to see who they were logged in as.

There are no logs of login activity either for the hub or for WiFi.

Hi @SteveMoz1, thanks for your post here in the Community, although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

If you log into your Virgin Media Connect App here, although you can't see individual users as such, you can see what devices are registered and you can block them, which should help with any concerns you have.
