How can I tell if my virgin pod is working as my blackspot is still there?

Hi John, 

Yes, I followed all the instructions on the link and all other advice on the forum to no avail 

Will another one work? Not so sure but thanks for all the help

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. 

If when moving the pod around it's not getting rid of the blackspot then a second pod could help. 

We can certainly look into getting this ordered for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
