How can I get Virgin to fix constant issues throughout the day

Hi Guys I'm forever having issues with my broadband.
Virgin came out a long while ago to try to resolve it but never really got to the bottom of it.
As you can see, it dies often.

Modem rebooted more times than can count.
Its not a wireless issue as its in modem mode and directly connected.

Often it goes off and when I do a "test" it just says cant connect to your kit. Try talking to us on live chat..
That is obviously absolutely pointless as it just sends me in circles.

What's the best route to get this resolved? Telephone support just harp on about wireless signal.
