How can I check my modem has the latest firmware?

I'm having trouble accessing my company's website when working remotely. The company's head of IT says that I should check my modem had the latest firmware, how do I do this?

Nothing to do with firmware likely VM DNS.

Set DNS on your deivce to use 194.168.4.123 or 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8

Try with the hub in modem mode.

It does not matter what the level of the firmware it is totally controlled by VM and the user has no influence on what level you have.
