I'm getting a no profile message  when using hotspots with a no server response

I could never get this working, and yes I allowed my hub to broadcast for it.

They've changed the way it connects, it was only your username and password previously not you need be located and who knows what else.

Best switching it off on your hub and using public WiFi and mobile data. plenty good sim deals out there

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with hotspots, what device, are you using to access the hotspots and are you using the connect app?

Hi, l am using Samsung A42 and used virgin connect app l was getting no profile installed and a no server response not a problem now as l have disabled hotspots on my virgin media account profile 🙂
