Hotspots

We have O2 free network in many places nearby. While connected to virgin media content would it automatically let my phone connect to O2 If it's the stronger signal

Re: Hotspots

The 02 hotspots are a different set to the ones Virgin use.

You can sign up to the 02 free hotspots, then you'll be able to also connect to them while out and about  https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/free-wifi

Re: Hotspots

Hi, Oldukmale.

Thanks for your post.

As we aim to improve our service and packages, we also aim to improve our free WiFi hotspots services to provide the best experience possible . Just to make sure that you are always connected to our services, you can disable the automatic wireless connection using your device or you can go to " forget the network" option.

You can also try our Virgin Media connect app that will also helps you to connect to our WiFi, out and about. Good thing, you can also stay connected abroad with over 12 million hotspots across the world. To know more about this app, just please click here.

Hope this helps.
