My hub has become extremely hot, almost too hot to touch, I've tried phoning but real people don't exist, I'm worried this is gonna catch fire if it gets any hotter. I NEED a replacement.

What Hub model is it? What colour is the base light?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

It's a hub 2 and it's orange.

It works absolutely fine, it's just red hot, dangerously hot, and all I really want is someone to talk to.
