For like 2 years now this has been going on. Internet will be fine for a few weeks then it will start dropping packets, bandwidth feels like its like 4mb. Shouldnt be struggling with bandwidth on the best package they offer.
Not to mention if you even get through to someone on they phone they just say theyve tested the line and its fine. Impossible to get anyone helpful.

Sure is a bad case of packet loss in the BQM.
Post your power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and Network log.
Also check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status pages.

In the vast majority of cases, these types of issues are resolved after 24 hours.
