High latency/ping

Hello, i have been have latency issues recently and im not sure why, it just suddenly started happening, i am not downloading anything, i reboot the modem but stays the same. can i have some help on this please thanks.

Hello, it is really bad again, been like this for past few days, its impossible to play a game, i keep rubber-banding in all games i play, can you please have a look at this?

Hi @VitorG18, thanks for your post although I'm sorry you're having continued problems.

I've had a look at your account and I can see that this meets the requirements to raise a High Utilisation ticket - this may take some time to completely resolve, but we'll ensure that things get fixed for you as soon as possible.

As soon as the system has updated and it's got through to the right team, we'll come back to you to provide you with an estimated time of fix too!
