Hi I'm having really bad latency and lag spike wih my virgin line, gaming is unplayable, videos I watch online sometimes don't load up. He sound is always out of sync. Also have a buffering circle while watching most videos on some sites. More or less I'm sayi g my virgin experience has been not good. I have had two engineers out to try solve this problem, over time it seems to get worse. Also it seems to be weather related if we get bad weather rain and cold my Internet gets worse. I'm at my wits end and ready to leave of I don't get the service sorted. I done a QLS  on think broadband so have many days worth of the graphs showing I'm losing upto 40%packets

Also I had the second engineer out at my house and he had mentioned the cables in the box on the street being old and maybe needed replaced
