I am having issues with Zoom meeting recently with voice breaking up when I was having meeting some colleagues in US. The download speed measured through Speedtest.net was 250M and the upload speed was about 20M, which are fine for Zoom meetings. However, the ping time to US servers are a bit too long for Zoom meeting and my understanding is that ping time should be within 100ms. Here are some statics of the ping times I have got from ping-test.net:
1. Server US - Hilsboro avg = 175ms
2. Server US Vint Hill avg = 92ms
3. Server BR Sao Paulo avg =216ms
4. Server SG Singapre = 297ms
5 Server GB London = 25ms
I would like to know whether the above ping times are normal and whether upgrading my current Hub 3.0 box would help.

are you connected by wire?

Conference call glitches are often caused by participants joining via mobile phone or via hot spots of a mobile phone or via public Wi-Fi.
We can't fix other peoples connectivity issues that are occurring half the world away.

Your zoom device should certainly be connected to the Hub by ethernet cable, to remove the extra delay introduced by WiFi.
But apart from that there is nothing you can do. Changing the Hub won't help.
