High Latency since house move

Moved house in June, going from a Super Hub 2 to super hub 3 during the move.

It took me around 3 months to realise what a piece of crap the Hub3 was when in router mode, ruining my limited online gaming time. I bought an new router, but still experiencing bad networking despite what appears to be on face value acceptable ping times.

Can people confirm if my downstream/upstream levels appear acceptable?

Re: High Latency since house move

3 of your upstream are on max transmit, you could do with less attenuation on your line, do you have an attenuator?

Re: High Latency since house move

You dont need one, if you had one I would have asked you to remove it. Looks like you need a technician to lower your upstream power level

Re: High Latency since house move

Hi

Thank you for the response.

I've resolve the issues at my end by purchasing my own hardware.

With the Hub3 in router mode i had constant lag spikes to 250ms and packet loss when trying to game online.

With the Hub3 in modem mode and using my Mesh Wifi nodes as routers it was much better, no packet log but still constant lag spikes because the routers cpu was constantly at 100%.

I installed an umbiquit router yesterday and now everything is perfect.
