I upgraded to V5 hub recently and tried again with the Wi-Fi Max - Pods and finding they are much more reliable than when I had the V4 hub. I'm not getting the dropped packets or the physical hangs.
But I according to ThinkBroadband BQM I am getting High Latency - I never had this before or not that I saw in my BQM :
https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/a7aa6fd6ac4ce4186abcf3eece4ebe572fdeb0a3
I am wondering if my power levels are wrong, or if something else that could be done to improve latency? Or if this is something to ignore and put up with ...

Can be bufferbloat, upstream buffering or downstream HFQ with limited bandwidth or just VM doing tests on your line .

Hi forshawj, thanks for the message and welcome back to the forums.
I have looked into the area and cannot see any outages.
I have ran a speed test with Sam knows and you are getting over 1GB to the hub and there has been no drops since posting.
Can you confirm how the service is at the moment?
Chris.
