  • Here we go been with virgin three months received a letter saying my bill is going up by £36 a year tried talking to virgin about chat won't connect and phoning them still getting covid excuses about manning? Love the broadband its a good product shame about the customer service ....

As you have been informed of the price increase - you have 28 days in which to cancel without any exit fees.

For discussing the package price call it in on 150 (VM Phone - free) or 0345 454 1111 (any other phone - national rate) use options 1,1,4,4

Calling at 08.00 midweek (09.00 Sun) is the best time to get through quickly.

They wont discuss that at all with you on here
