Help - waiting for self install

I've been waiting for the self installation and never came also not heard from them since 

Gave back details too

Waited in all day and no one delivered it, no contact or emails just the 1 confirmed on day it would arrive and thats it literally 

What shall I do 

Cancel the direct debit???

Sorry to hear of the equipment not arriving.

Can you please confirm if you've been issued with any notification to confirm that the order placed with Virgin Media has gone through?
