Help...no connection hub 3

Hello, 

I have installed a new hub 3 and I am not getting any internet WiFi or by ethernet...

I have logged in and it states my wireless is on but it says Internet (access denied) I have tried factory resetting to no avail. 

The lights are fine. 

I am to connect to the router, follow the set up instructions and log in, I tried using the network diagnostic tool and and found the following 

Red explanation mark: board band services

Green ethernet connection

Red explanation mark: checking WiFi connections

 

Any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated

Have you called the automated number to activate the new equipment?

It sounds like your hub hasn't been activated properly. PM me your account number and the hub serial number and I should be able to sort it for you.
