Hi @bubbleshoot

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issue either your side or ours.

How are things now, did you check our Service Status at the time, was anything showing.

If you do have any issues in the future you can also run further diagnostic checks and register for any fault updates Via your Online Account.
