Having problems to order a WiFi Pods 

I’m under Volt package 

done with the scan found blackspot 

there’s no option from the app , did contact customer service, there’s always with error to place the Pods order

Hi @joint 

The pods are free if you are on the Gig1 speed,  or on one of the Volt packages, otherwise they are £8 a month.

You need to use the Connect app to perform the Home Scan in the area where the signal is low(est)

The info below is a copy paste of the steps provided by @John_GS  (Forum Team)

Please can you try the below steps for me on the app as it should help sort this;

  • Tap Start the scan 
  • Then Start the scan again 
  • While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready 
  • Wait 2 mintues for Scan 
  • Scan complete, Tap continue 
  • Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in 
  • Start the Scan (do this in every room) 
  • Scan complete 
  • Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option 
  • If so, Tap Optimise 
  • Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room,  Tap Start Scan 
  • Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option

thx for your reply 

I had did research from the forum, totally did what you advise,

Did found a room with blackspot , download speed average 3Mbps - 11 Mbps

After scanning there’s no option for me to Optimise WiFi or order a Pods , I had try to Optimise manually then did a scan the problem stay still , totally dead end

Had made a live chat & phone call to VM , every time they said the Pods order was placed, but end up will be telling there is a error for the order to be placed it doesn’t gone through, have dealing with this issue about a week sine my Volt package actived , day by day calling & live chat & WhatsApp chat, hours & hours waiting ……

Hi @joint thanks for your post here in the Community, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here regarding not being able to order a WiFi Pod.

It does however seem that since your post here, you've been able to get the support you need on this though via other means.
