Hi,
I ordered M500 Fibre Broadband package 2 weeks ago which is due to be delivered on Friday (30th Sept)
I am trying to set up a Virgin Media account but don’t know my account number or area code which is said to be on a welcome email that I haven’t received
Will I receive this when I set my hub up or was I supposed to receive it upon ordering?
