What Hub do you have? Is all ok on an ethernet cabled device ?
If a hub 3... if you havent tried this have a go. Go into the Hub3 settings and in smart wifi disable the "channel optimisation" and rename the 2.4 & 5 GHz network ssid's (just change to xxxxx2 & xxxxx5) with a password you like, save settings and restart Hub. Over wifi you can select the network that you want to connect to individually. See if that helps. If not, do a 30 second pinhole rest to factory settings and then repeat the above - and try again.
