Hi

hope someone can advise.  Been having general drops over last few

weeks, hub changed from a 4 to a 5. Still seeing occasional wifi drops. Hub was changed plus all cable inside and outside to wall plate. It 1gb but coax to the house.

Tried Virgin without alot of success as they dont see any issues, but before i did a reset i was seeing over 1m errors on a single channel. Others were small in number and no Post RS errors.

Upstream seems fine.Current number after a reset about 2 hours ago is now this for downstream. Any advice greatly received

Hi @pete19 👋, thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing occasional WiFi drop-outs 😔

We have checked our systems and can't see anything obvious that would explain the drop-outs. Do you find the issue is more prevalent when you're further away from the hub?

If you haven't done already, it may be worth running some checks on our Connect app, which can be downloaded here. The app is the control unit for your WiFi that helps keep you connected 😀

Advice on how to resolve common WiFi issues can be found here. We hope this helps.

Regards,
Daniel

You need to post all the power level information, not just the Downstream.

The PreRS errors can be ignored, it's the PostRS errors are the one's to watch.

Also setup a BQM, and post a link to the shared live graph.   www.thinkbroadband.com/ping
