HUB4 Constant wifi dropping

Hi

Since installing the new HUB4 on Monday I am regularly losing the connection to wifi, which is extrmely disruptive when working from home as I am being kicked out of teams meetings all the time. This happens between 5-10 times a day and is becoming really annoying. This is not great at all. I have tried to go back to my original router but that wont seem to work at all now. Please help!!!

Re: HUB4 Constant wifi dropping

What is your connection like using a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?

Re: HUB4 Constant wifi dropping

Just wireless connections?

Have you tried running wired instead?

Re: HUB4 Constant wifi dropping

Try getting your own wireless router with 1Gb ports and put hub in modem mode.

Re: HUB4 Constant wifi dropping

Then you'll need a mesh system or your own better router.

You don’t pay for WiFi connectivity. You pay for the speed/connection to be delivered to your home. How you connect and optimise devices internally is down to you to sort.
