HUB 5 blue flashing light and Diagnostics

My daughter has just got a Hub 5, plugged it in and got a white light and then started flashing blue.

 

Running the diagnostics and it says the cable is disconnected, it isn't.

 

Any suggestions ?

I have managed to get a bit deeper and info on the router says

Left it overnight and it connected, the idiots guide said 30 mins.

I have had my install 2 weeks and still it isn't working, I've called the number several times, speak to someone then put on hold then a new agent answer and I have to start allover again, I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve but no one is able to, engineers have been out and just say nothing they can do as the router is online so must be tech support to resolve and then I am fobbed off with the 72hr wait to have to start the process again, I can log into the router and see its online but it will not give me internet and I just cannot get anyone to fix it,
