Started having problems with my hub 4 about a week ago (Weds) WiFi or wired connection not working, so had to thether my mobile to be able to work at home
engineer came out Sat, trimmed wired a bit and swapped the router, worked fine until Monday around mid morning, no internet since, Weds again tomorrow! Do technically a week without internet
done all the usual checks and logged a test on VM site, no reported network issues and have had to book an engineer again, coming this Thursday
Honestly VM need to do something. I pay for top package and I just don’t think it’s worth it any more
Anyone had the same or any advice

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection, I have looked into this and can see that you have had a technician appointment, have your issues now been resolved?

All sorted now, it was the box outside had over heated
