HUB 4 - Randomly Disconnects

Hi, I keep getting random disconnects on the HUB 4 Router which stops every device connecting to the internet. I had similar issues with Vodafone a few years ago, I switched to NOW broadband and had no disconnects, recently switched to Virgin and the disconnects are back.

Hi Craze,

The first thing that you need to try is restarting your router. Having that 'DHCP Renew Warning' means that DHCP is not able to assign or find the device and those packets are being lost. This can be caused due to multiple reasons and restarting your router would reboot the DHCP protocol on it. That will assign new IP Addresses to the devices and it should be enough to solve the problem for you.

Failing a reboot, try holding reset on router for 30 seconds and share update again.

Thanks, I did reboot the router a few days ago when I couldn't connect. Would that DHCP issue also cause the no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received error yesterday at 16.48? That was the last time it went down. Haven't had any more disconnects or errors since then, but usually take 2 or 3 days until a new error appears.

It just disconnected again, was watching a youtube vid then it stopped playing.
Connected to router on phone (although took a lot of refreshing the page) and it said (No RF signal detected) @ 16.12pm
From log looks like it went off at 16.07pm
Rebooted router and it took about 5mins to start working again.
