HUB 3 - Router Status - Error Log

GrahamIAWilson
On our wavelength

Just checked my HUB and noticed that I'm currently receiving the following errors. A few are marked critical, so not sure what the error messages mean. Any help guidance would be appreciated.  Many thanks Graham

Those figures look much healthier - not sure why you are still getting a lower speed though!

What is your level of service for the connection?

Any drop outs?

Many thanks lotharmat, and please excuse my ignorance with these matters.

Not sure what you mean by the level of service? Currently on M350 package but generally only achieve 170Mb/s down and 32Mb/s up.

I do experience occasional dropouts, but maybe once per month so not been any major problem for me.

I forgot to include the additional info from the router last time;

Thanks for these - Is the 170Mb/s over wifi?

What happens to a a wired connection? DO you get the full 350?

------------------------------------------------------------------
Hub 3 - Modem Mode - TP-Link Archer C7

Hi, the 170Mb/s is through a wired network connection. Was averaging 220 Mb/s direct from the router when first upgraded to M350, so have never experienced 350 Mb/s speed.

Graham

Hi GrahamIAWilson,

Thank you for getting in touch, I'm sorry that you're having some problems with your broadband speeds.

I've been able to locate your account using your Forum details, and I can see that your device currently has an uptime of 83 days. Would you be able to perform a pinhole reset for me, so that we can check the stats again?

Kind regards,

Laurie

Hi Graham,

Thanks for doing that - please let me know once this has been sorted, and I can take another look at things for you.

Morning Laurie,

Just to confirm that I've undertaken the reset now as discussed.

Undertaken a few speed test's over the weekend and averaging out as 165Mb/s down and 32Mb/s up.

Kind regards

Graham

ost the downstream pages again - theres a lot of pre and post rs errors  - they should have reset so lets see if they are back - the ones you show could be historical so the reset gets them out of the way - or should
