Spuggy54

Good morning,

I'm getting Bad Request errors when trying to drill down through web pages. My internet is showing connected.  Anyone know why?

TIA,

You might want to also check your VM Websafe / Childsafe setup.

What specific URLs are causing this?

It might well be the links or addresses are wrong.

Thanks for the response.  I'm just clicking in the icons within the VM website. For example to try and contact them regarding my bill.

Hi @Spuggy54

I often get that on VM web pages when using Chrome, it sometimes works if I use an incognito window, or clear browsing data (however I don't want to keep clearing Chrome browsing data as that messes my free slots on TVGo)

No such issues using either Firefox or Edge browsers.

Thanks for your reply. I was using Chrome so tried a different browser and it worked fine. Guess there's a problem between Chrome and VM.
