Grey box...broken

Seems like the weather or the foxes took the cover of the grey box attached to the house 🤣  LEaving exposed wires. Any chance of an engineer coming out to replace it or is it my responsibility to replace it?

VM will fix this. Post up a photo of the box so they can assess the problem.
