Green lights = no WiFi!!

Hi there 

I have consistently green WiFi light, flashing green arrows and a power light that alternates between solid green and flashing green!

checked all cables, unplugged for 5 minutes, pinhole reset but with no luck!

Called and had a message to wait 24hours but work from home so it’s not helpful!

any advice gratefully received!

Thanks for you post @Louiseleon, and I'm sorry to hear of the recent service issues.

Looking into the local area, there doesn't appear to be an outage currently, is the hub currently showing the green lights?

Do you have issues with both Wi-Fi and Wired connections?
