Green lights AGAIN!!!

Seriously!!! Lost the internet for over 10 days in December- outside issue which no one would listen to! Got fantastic help from this forum 👍🏻

Green flashing lights have appeared again which means there is an outside issue, nothing to do with our equipment (which was changed again in December). Now have to wait for an engineer to attend on 25th who will no doubt have to arrange for a different engineer 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Work from home and going through data too quick!!

Still down!! Absolute joke 🤬

Been down since 16th Jan, one engineer visit, internet lasted 45 minutes then went off again. Raised a complaint but no phone call yet.
Spent 2 and a half hours on phone on Wednesday- explained the problem to 5 different people. Someone was meant to call back Thursday to escalate a visit but surprisingly no bloody call back !!! Internet came back for few hours now gone again. So fed up with it!!

Have you done a pinhole reset you may have had some kind of an outage overnight or day and the hub is stuck. If it was an outage in the area you would have received a txt to say your tech has been cancelled or the agent would have had a pop up on the system to give an eta.  But if you do a pin hole reset it will put it back to default settings it can take 15 min after the reset for it will come back online but I always advice to hold it down for 60 sec.

Pin hole reset has been done, switched off multiple times - it’s an outside issue

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.

If no area faults found:

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi Julesb65,

We apologise for the ongoing issues with the service as I know this must be frustrating.

We can see the visit is booked in to investigate this further.

Please do let us know how this goes.

Thanks,

Nat
