Green base light flashing. Have checked and restarted all connections

How do I pm to get a diagnostic run?

I would factory reset the hub!

remove any ethernet cables

Ensure you can read the login details for the hub (on the bottom or on the card)

Press and hold the reset switch for 60 seconds with a paperclip or sim-removal tool

Give it about 10 minutes to see if it comes back - if not call 150 and raise it as a fault!

Hi did that last night but still flashing green light. Have just done so again. Waiting 10 mins.

Sounds like something is totally broken - Hopefully VM will be along shortly to diagnose!

Is your hub still flashing with the green light? Do you have any connection at all?
