Hello, had our broadband and TV set up yesterday by virgin mechanic. Woke up this morning and it’s stopped working. I’ve been turning on and off all day trying to get it to work. Even tried the reboot button but still get the green flashing arrows. Means there is no Wi-Fi connection. Will it fix itself or do I need to ring virgin. Day one of new broadband and it’s already broken, not boding well.

You could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
